Cummins DPF EGR DEF SCR delete

The DPF filter clogs quickly—especially during prolonged idling or cold-weather operation. Regenerations waste fuel, take time, and place unnecessary stress on the turbo. Our Cummins DPF delete tuning disables all regen functions via ECM programming. After tuning, a straight pipe installation is required to complete the setup.

The EGR system recirculates exhaust gases into the intake, leading to heavy soot buildup in the intake manifold. This restricts airflow and causes VGT turbo vanes to stick, reducing efficiency and performance. Our EGR delete tuning fully removes the EGR valve and related sensors from the ECM. Block-off plates are required to stop gas flow into the EGR manifold.

Common issues like DEF doser failures, SCR filter faults, or DEF tank sensor errors result in costly downtime. Our SCR/DEF delete tuning completely disables DEF injection and SCR monitoring. All emission-related derates, including the 5 MPH limit, are removed—permanently.
