International & Navistar DPF EGR DEF SCR delete

The DPF system is a recurring issue on MaxxForce engines. Regens are frequent, time-consuming, and burn excess fuel. Our MaxxForce DPF delete tuning disables the entire regen strategy via ECM calibration. After tuning, a straight pipe or hollowed filter is required.

The EGR system causes significant soot buildup in the intake manifold. This restricts airflow and leads to sticky turbo vanes, reducing engine performance and lifespan. With our EGR delete tuning, the EGR valve and related sensors are fully removed from the ECM. You'll only need to install block-off plates to prevent gas flow into and out of the EGR manifold.

Tired of issues with DEF dosers, SCR filters, DEF lines, or tank sensors? Our SCR/DEF delete tuning completely disables DEF injection and SCR monitoring. All emissions-related derates, including the 5 MPH speed limit, are fully eliminated.
