Detroit Diesel DPF EGR DEF SCR delete

Diesel particulate filters (DPFs) are prone to clogging, particularly under extended idling conditions or in low ambient temperatures. Regeneration cycles are typically slow, increase fuel consumption, and impose additional thermal and mechanical stress on the turbocharger. These emission control systems are inherently high-maintenance and, in many cases, result in extended vehicle downtime relative to operational periods

Detroit Diesel engines have long suffered from EGR-related issues. The EGR system recirculates exhaust into the intake, leading to carbon buildup, restricted airflow, and stuck VNT turbo vanes. Our EGR delete tuning disables the EGR valve and all associated sensors within the ECM. After tuning, the EGR manifold can be blocked off, eliminating exhaust reentry.

DEF dosing systems and SCR filters are frequent causes of downtime in DD engines. Our SCR/DEF delete calibration disables DEF injection and SCR monitoring. The OneBox system may be physically removed or internally hollowed for optimal flow and simplicity.
